The admission process entails following procedures.

Registration

Registration can be done by submitting the application form along with conformation letter of admission.

Admission Formalities

• There will be a written test for the students seeking admission, from the classes I and upwards. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for interview. Results will be displayed on the notice board on the date specified at the time of interview.
• After the conformation of admission, parents and guardians are required to pay the fees. In case the discontinuing the studies, the school fees paid will not be refunded. Details of fee are appended separately in the fee structure.
• The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the Birth Certificate in original issued by the Municipal/ Local Body as applicable, along with a certified Photostat copy thereof. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in the place of Birth Certificate. It is to be attached with Admission form for classes Nursery, Prep. & above. Transfer Certificate is to be attached for class Is’ & above. Transfer certificate must be counter-signed by the concerned State Education Authority.

Withdrawal of Admission

The admission is mean for one complete session i.e. 1st April to 31st March. In case of withdrawal, a formal written notice must be submitted 1 month in advance to the Principal. If a student leaves the school in the idle of the term, he/she is liable to pay the fee and dues for the entire session. Leaving certificate and mark-sheet will be issued only after the payment of such dues.
